This site, www.c-centre.ca, (hereby collectively named the «Site» in the present Terms and Conditions of use) is owned and operated by the Concussion Institute (‘we’, ‘our’, or ‘ the Concussion Institute’). In using and by accessing our site, you (‘you’, ‘user’ or ‘final user’) accept the present Terms and Conditions of use (collectively, the ‘Terms and Conditions of Use’).

Amendments to this Agreement

The Concussion Institute reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement at any time. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review the Site and these Terms and Conditions of Use from time to time. Your continued use of the Site after such modifications to this Agreement will constitute acknowledgement of the Terms and Conditions of Use and the agreement to respect and be bound by such modifications.

Termination of Use.

The Concussion Institute shall have the right to terminate or immediately suspend, at its discretion, your access to all or part of the Site, with or without notice, for any reason.

Limitation of Liability.

In no event shall the Concussion Institute or its affiliates be liable for indirect, accessory, special, punitive damage, or damage of any nature, or for damages resulting from or related to your use of the Site, the content or other information obtained therefrom.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for indirect or consecutive damage, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Applicable Right.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions of Use and/or your use of the Site is governed by the laws of the

Province of Quebec, regardless of the conflicts of laws provided therein.
